Shipping, Refund & Return

All of our products are going to be shipped from Shanghai to the countries as follows:

USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Malaysia, Netherland, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland. 

 

Order processing time 

Most of the time, it takes 3-5 working days to process your order. Occasionally, it may take longer due to various reasons. If this happen, we will contact you ASAP. Once your order is dispatched, we will inform you the shipping information including the tracking number. 

 

Transit Time 

We use ePacket to ship your order:

  •  Faster: Standard methods of shipping from China to other parts of the world usually take months. However, with ePacket delivery you get much faster delivery times. You can expect your order to reach you in the span of 10-20 working days.
  • Easy to track: The ePacket delivery provides customers the option of end-to-end tracking. The ePacket can easily be tracked on it's official websites For those to be delivered to the US for example, it can be tracked either on  EMS or USPS(For tracking on EMS, visit www.ems.com.cn, choose ENGLISH on the top and then input the tracking number and press Track button)
  • Please be aware that any customs, duties, and/or taxes must be paid by the recipient of the shipment. As the ePacket delivery goes through regular custom clearance, customers might be required to pay any applicable taxes and duties.
  • We wish your order to be delivered in expected range of time. However, we cannot guarantee this. Once your parcel is collected by the courier, there are two main factors probably causing delivery delays: a. Customs clearance in the receiving country; b. the peak season such as Christmas and etc. If you have strict time frame, and would like to use expedited shipping method, please contact us. 

 

If your order was damaged in transit: Just let us know

All orders are carefully packaged. However if there is any damage to the package in transit, please email us at info@breezeingarden.com within 5 days from the delivery date. We will ship out a replacement to you immediately. 

 

Incase you were shipped the wrong item(s) - please notify us within 5 working days

Though rare, but if we made an error in your order, we will replace the product or refund the complete amount. Please email us at info@breezeingarden.com with your order number, name and address and details on the reason for your return.  We will assist you returning a full refund. Just let us know.

 

Return Policy

We offer no-hassle returns. Please email us at info@breezeingarden.com to acquire our address firstly before you mail the package back. You may return the merchandise in original conditions within 7 days of delivery. BREEZEinGARDEN does not cover your return shipping costs. The refunds are issued in 7 business days after receiving the package.

Note: Please make sure that any late returns will not be accepted. Service fees such expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged.  

 

Failed Delivery Attempts
If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will refund you in 7 business days after receiving the package. 

 

Gift wrapping 

For the fragile products, the most important thing for international shipping is that your order is to be delivered in good condition. We try our best to wrap your item carefully. Thus, its kind of difficult for us to provide gift wrapping. However, you are welcome to leave your message to the recipient. We will write it on a little card sent together with your order. 

 

Handmade Disclaimer

Our handmade products are skillfully created by artisans. Please allow slight variation in color and size and slight defects like pits, spots, blowholes and bumps of the products. We wish you could embrace the variations and imperfections as they represent the one and only character of each piece. Though our photography tends to very accurate, color discrepancies may occur due to the setting of your computer screen.
